  • 160g flour

  • 1 egg

  • 60g icing sugar

  • 40g butter

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 100g Dark Chocolate 

Preparação

Step 1


Preheat oven to 200°C and melt the chocolate in the microwave.


Step 2


Add the chopped butter and sugar to the chocolate and mix. 


Step 3


Add the flour, egg and salt. Mix with your hands and form a dough ball. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


Step 4


Lightly flour a part of the kitchen table and roll out the dough there. The dough should be 2 cm thick. 


Step 5 


Cut out the figures with the help of the pastry cutter. With the leftovers, form a ball again and roll out. 


Step 6


Cut more figures with the dough cutter. Place them on the baking tray covered with baking paper.


Step 7


Bake for about 8 minutes. Let them cool down.
