
Ingredientes
2 bunches of grapes
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
1 glass of Port wine
200g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
200g sugar
4 eggs
180g butter
1 tablespoon vanilla flavouring
Preparação
Step 1
Heat the oven to 210º C.
Step 2
Wash the grapes, remove the seeds and place them in a container.
Step 3
Add the sugar and the Port wine, stir and leave to macerate for a few minutes.
Step 4
In a bowl pour the flour, yeast and sugar and mix all the dry ingredients well.
Step 5
Add the eggs, melted butter and vanilla flavouring and mix well until it forms a homogeneous paste, without any lumps.
Step 6
Add a tablespoon of port from the grape mixture and mix very well.
Step 7
Line a square baking tin with baking paper. Pour the pastry into the tin and place the drained grapes on the pastry.
Step 8
Place in the oven for 5 minutes. After that, lower the temperature to 180ºC and bake for another 15 minutes.
