Ingredientes
Cheesecake
100g sugar
220g oat biscuits
50g oat flakes
20g brown sugar
60g butter, more to grease
400g cream cheese
200g crème fraîche
200g mascarpone cheese
10g flour
4 large eggs
Topping
100g berry jam
50g port wine
250g blueberries
Preparação
Step 1
Crush the biscuits with the melted butter, place this mixture in a 24 cm deep mould and reserve in the fridge.
Step 2
Beat the cream cheese and the sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Whip the crème fraîche until it forms a whipped cream.
Pour into mould and leave to set.
Pour the cream into the mould and leave to freeze for at least 5 hours.
Step 5
Cook the blueberries and sugar until it forms a syrup.
Step 6
Let it cool, unmold the cheesecake and pour the syrup with the blueberries.
