Ingredientes
6 eggs
200g sugar
100ml orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
120g flour with yeast
Preparação
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Step 2
In a bowl beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until it forms a whitish cream.
Step 3
Add the orange juice and zest and mix well.
Step 4
Carefully add the flour.
Step 5
Place in a cake tin lined with baking paper and bake for 45 minutes at 170º C.
Step 6
Remove from oven, unmold and let cool before serving.
