Ingredientes
1 cup unsalted boiled chickpeas
100g of Chocolate

Step 1
Start by whipping the Aquafaba. Do this until you get the consistency of egg whites.
Step 2
To enrich the taste, you can add some ingredients to taste.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate, with a spatula, and wrap carefully.
Step 4
Stir the ingredients carefully until you get a chocolate mousse-like mixture.
Step 5
When you get a homogeneous mixture, divide into individual bowls.
Step 6
Place the individual bowls in the fridge for a few hours to allow it to set.
TIP
* For example: sugar, coffee, cocoa or any other flavouring. Whisk again.
